Hutzpah
Years ago I’ve heard the Jewish word “hutzpah” for the first time and my curiosity so typical to the young people made me go to the source – to the Jewish professor of linguistic in Warsaw University.
He was not too comfortable giving me the answer, but after prolonged hesitation he told me that it is unbelievable audacity, insolence, extraordinary effrontery,and nerve to do things others wouldn’t do.
A friend of mine, more versed in the Jewish matters than I, made it more simple to understand:
“Hutzpah? – He said; is if you crap on someone’s door mat, ring the bell and politely ask for a toilet paper. That’s hutzpah.
Now, in the twenty first century the State of Israel critisizing everybody who deals with Iran, buys oil from Iran. It was confirmed by the Israeli published magazine “EneriaNews” and the Chief Editor – Moshe Shalev article who stated that Eilat-Ashelon Pipeline Co (EAPC), is the Isreali secret oil delivert system. That’s Hutzpah.
Occupying a foreign nation of Palestine and arresting anyone who does not approve of the Israeli occupation, including children and women, keeping them in Israeli prisons – that is hutzpah too.
Announcing building 1600 units in East Jerusalem during Joe Biden official visit to Israel – that is hutzpah. Biden came there to advocate peace and tranquility in the middle east and stop Israel from grabbing Palestinian part of Jerusalem and building Jewish settelments.
It is an offence to the US, a stount friend of Israel since its conception in 1948.
Spying on United States, attacking USS Liberty in international waters by Israeli forces on June 8, 1967, killing 34 Americans and wounding another 174 sailors definitely a hutzpah, magnified by request for money Israel gets like a clock work every year from America.
